We are LAGUNE EXPLOITATION BONGOUANOU, or LEB for short, Côte d'Ivoire's leading mining company, specialising in the extraction and exploitation of bauxite ore. We are proud to guarantee the consistent, reliable quality of our ore. We are the only producer and exporter of bauxite ore in Côte d'Ivoire, with an average alumina content of over 48%. Our BENENE mine is located in the Moronou region, in the Bongouanou department, 247 km from Abidjan. We have an expandable nominal capacity of one million five hundred thousand (1,500,000) metric tonnes of bauxite ore per year. With a multi-disciplinary team of experts, our values revolve around customer satisfaction and making Côte d'Ivoire a benchmark in the mining and processing of bauxite ore.
